Nice work I know this was no walk in the park
I am a programmer too. This was just a nice piece to manipulate and play with. I wish people at Newgrounds would play a little just to see how much work you really put into this to make this function properly!
Please, keep doing cool stuff like this. Perhaps add an elastic sound effect to add to the springyness of the points. Overall ver nice job. The only improvement could be a little better looking interface.
Great effects and transfer of classic 1st Person
One error in your programming. Stealth option leaves us in an infinite loop of the first part. We have to perform the combatant mode to move on. This will put the silent type at a loss. See if you can fix that.
On the other hand the mix of 1st person with live action made this super cool. I loved the dialog. Another piece would be to have all your pals dress up in camo. That would help boost the ratings of this piece higher. Also add some of the funny elements of Duke Nukem like the bathroom humor or walking through their blood etc.

My problem was I cold not tell if the aliens had gotten too close before it was too late. I would love to help you redesign this to improve it's graphics both background and foreground. Also adieus walking in the air and on the clipping plane looks weird. Spaceships would be a good fix coming by air. Also multiple level aliens would add more challenge.
They weren't aliens, they were zombies =P.
I have a great deal of experiance with video, animation and am a software engineer by hobby. I also have helped 6th graders in an after school program make a 20 minute short and their own animations using Appleworks.
