A claymator that get's his hands into it

I really like the way you interjected your physical body into your creations. I know you could use a bit more work on the sound. Are you using audacity because it can help get rid of the noise and ensure all sounds are roughly at the same level.

Prime grade A claymation. I want to see more you are continually improving!

How can you not love Jack?

You've created a wonderful character with flaws and a loveable demeanor especially when he's drunk. He almost seemed like a real ole daffer from the ole country. This was a barrel of laughs from start to finish. Your story telling was really fun and easy to follow.

BADMAN responds:

This thing was actually a nightmare... but I'm glad you like it. Your face painter thing is crazy. Not much of a programmer myself (as you can probably tell by my loading button). thx!

Short but sweet

I don't think I can ever get enough B jokes. Thanks for not simply spamming the portal this was pretty funny.

ChickenNoodleLock responds:

Thank you very much.

A tribute with a serious remembrance

Its hard to believe 5 years ago I was sitting in front of a computer at college when roomate let me know the first tower was struck and something else hit the pentagon. We were glued to the television. My roomate had two parents very need to the attack on the towers. His father was 9 blocks away from the WTT and his mother was on a plane in Boston on none other than AA. He was spooked beyond normalcy. What relief when his mother's plane made it safely to Illinois and his father gave him a call letting him know he was alright. 9/11 is a day we will truly never forget.

MaddFlashTW responds:

I think everyone can tell the story of where they were that day. Me, I was home sick from school. Watching TV and heard about it. My mom then called me from work and made sure I had the TV on. WOW! What a day!

Too good to be N00B

I am serious. I know you guys formed a group to make fun of N00Bs but this truly is beyond N00B it actually follows the song with some half decent direction I might add. The sprites are way better than most N00Bs unless you barrowed them from someone else.

Yet, hey I am not complaining but if your point was to make fun of N00bs you failed. Truly your N00B style is too artistic and cool I might add!

TheSoulMan responds:

If we made fun of noobs making movies like noobs, they'd be probably blammed...that's why we have to do them quite better, although we can keep a weird and nonsensical style.

What sprites are you talking about? I made all the stuff...the syringe was google pic which I traced XD

Thanks for the great review!

Thanks for the review!

Its always nice to see how it started

I don't know what it is but your humor always seems to be beyond your years. I can't wait to see a new one though because you sort of left us hanging after Bookman 4. I can see you have worked on improving your style since your first one.

CustardCartoonsInc responds:

Cheers Mr.Num1 Book-Man fan!

This submission is kinda special for me cos i made it a year or so ago! The first serious flash i ever made, now i get to share it with you all!

By far my favorite Bookman

This was just such a random piece mixed in with numorous montages from Harry Potter one cannot help to laugh. This is the type of humor and direction by far you flurish best at. I hope to see more of these pieces. I find the fantasy that influences us best helps you to make some of the better styles of animation.

Keep it up Gary!

CustardCartoonsInc responds:

Woo you should get a medal, 'The most honourable Book-Man fan ever' Tonio! You've stuck by him through thick and thin for good knows how long! I'll be uploading part 4 in about 10 hours!

Refurbished Bookman?

Hey Gary,

It looks as if you have refurbished your old bookman episodes. I think they do look rather better than their earlier counterparts. I especially loved the Grandfather newspaper montage. Keep making me proud.

CustardCartoonsInc responds:

Cheers Tonio, our wish has come true, BOOK-MAN LIVES ON NEWGROUNDS!

Die you annoying Creatons!

Again, you have me laughing to a new toon. Still as inovative as usual with the classic dirty harry arctype. What I love is Killroy stays the same but the villains always have a different feel. I have to say your personal character really hit them "if you are such an advanced race, why are you going to conquer the surface?"

Uptown-SlimJim responds:

Someday I'm actually going to have to watch Dirty Hairy just so I know where you're coming from. But as always, thanks for the support.

A lobster in England?

C'mon if you are making a series about New England or Maine since it is the true hotspot for the world's best lobster. Oysters are much more expensive than 12.99 or was that in British pounds? Anyhow the comedy was great but it was a little short. Keep working on your style you definitely have something going there.

Amped2Flash responds:

It's not about New England. It's about ENGLAND England. As in, in the UK.

And yes, in British pounds, Irish Oysters (I think it may be French too) are £12.99 in certain places.

Thanks, though, appreciate it.

I have a great deal of experiance with video, animation and am a software engineer by hobby. I also have helped 6th graders in an after school program make a 20 minute short and their own animations using Appleworks.
